Members must at all times work within the law. They have a responsibility to advise individuals and organizations for whom they work, and those to whom they delegate work, (such as consultants and sub-contractors), of their respective duties.

Members must seek to eliminate discrimination and promote equality of opportunity for all. They must not discriminate against any individual or group on the grounds of race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, cultural background, sex, disability, illness, age or sexual orientation.

Members must ensure that their words and actions do not cause nuisance or harassment to others, and never use language that is likely to offend, such as racist and sexist terms.

Members must not disclose to a third party any confidential or privileged information entrusted to them by their project beneficiaries.

Raising public awareness campaigns, realized by members must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must not mislead or cause public offence.

Members must be able to meet any claims for breach of their professional duty. This is best provided by adequate professional indemnity insurance.

Members must ensure that all services provided by their organization are carried out in accordance with the Code even when undertaken by partners or sub-contractors who are not EYNCRIN members.

The use of the EYNCRIN logo and authorized text documentation is available to members for publication and advertising purposes. All variations of standard advertising using the above must be approved and authorized in writing by the Board before being published.

The EYNCRIN logo is available for use only by “approved members”. The use of this logo by approved members is subject to the constraints described above.

The EYNCRIN name and logo (in any variants) belong to EYNCRIN. EYNCRIN is entitled, at its absolute discretion, to require any person to cease using the logo and/or the name at any time and to remove it from all stationery and/or marketing material of any description until further notice. Everyone should be aware that EYNCRIN`s logo and name are pending trademark registration, which will give EYNCRIN further rights over any misuse of the name or the trademark.

Such use shall not imply that EYNCRIN endorses any product or service of the member. The display of the logo or other indication of membership shall not be used in manner or circumstance, which may bring EYNCRIN into disrepute or trivialize it.

The EYNCRIN name and logo (in any variants) belong to EYNCRIN.

Members must comply with the EYNCRIN Code of Conduct.

  • Members should make every endeavor to ensure that they conduct their EYNCRIN-related affairs in a professional manner and avoid behavior that could bring the EYNCRIN or its membership into disrepute.
  • Members may not under any circumstances purport to represent, speak on behalf of or otherwise act as a representative of the EYNCRIN.
  •  Members should strive to achieve the EYNCRIN aims.
  •  Understand that being an EYNCRIN member is a privilege and not abiding by this Code of  Conduct or the Membership Rules is cause for termination or suspension of membership    and all rights to use logos and EYNCRIN`s name cease.

1.      As the Internet is always in a state of change, these ‘Membership Rules’ also will periodically change to meet the needs of our members and our organization.
2.         In accordance with the Data Protection Regulations, the EYNCRIN requires consent from individuals in respect of personal information placed on the World Wide Web. The information will be used to serve no other purposes than those of the EYNCRIN projects and it can be withdrawn at will after presenting written notification.
